The first one on my list is the sentence rewriter. Because this is one of my favorite tools. As writers, we create new lines sometimes; sometimes, we take content from other sources.

But when I asked the same question from ChatGPT, it generated a 1349-word-long answer. That long answer! I don’t even want to read it.
I prefer Claude over ChatGPT and Gemini because of this straightforwardness; I will still need to read a whole essay if I want to know about something. Just tell me what it is, and I am done.
Claude costs a little extra compared to its counterparts, but the time it saves me is much more valuable than some pennies.
3. AI Poem Generator
As a writer, I have to do many things to make my work stand out from the rest of the crowd. Sometimes, I must be extra creative, like writing stories, poems, and jokes.
Stories and jokes are not much of a problem, but I am no good at writing poems. So, I use this AI poem generator tool when writing poems.
It makes poem writing look easy. I just have to define my topic and the way I want it to be written, choose the length and the creativity level.
4. Hemingway
Ernest Hemingway is one of the greatest writers of all time. If you are an aspiring writer, I assume you already know him. But do you know this web app was made in his loving memory?

As I was telling you how I incorporate somebody’s content in my writing for reference purposes, this is another app I utilize.
Sometimes, the content I want is too long to use. It complements my arguments, but I want to define it in a paragraph. So, I summarize it.
I use the text summarizer by Scribbr for this purpose. Not just because it's completely free but for its simplicity.
I just have to paste the content, set the length I want, and click summarize. It detects the keywords from my passage and then generates a much shorter version of that passage according to the keywords.

But now, AI tools are not sophisticated enough to take over content writing. Even search engines are not ranking AI content now, as the content AI generates is boring and fails to engage the audience.
I use AI to create initial drafts, outlines, and headlines for my content, but I do not put them as they are in my content. I modify them to match the flow of my work and complement it, not to make it less readable and boring.
After that, I check for any AI in my content using this AI detector. Because if it has AI, then my clients do not accept it, and if they do, it could get penalized by search engines.

Besides AI, another thing that’s poison for content is plagiarism. I have already explained why we use somebody’s content in our work.
So when we do that, it is not just like copying content from an online source and pasting it word by word in our work. We do that, too, but that is done within quotation marks.
Most of the time, we rephrase the content we have taken to blend it with our own and cite it at the end of the article. That‘s the formal procedure to use someone’s content.
Writers have to keep the plagiarism level as low as possible before publishing their content; otherwise, it will lead to trouble. The content will be penalized, and the author can file a lawsuit against the writer.
To avoid all that, writers use plagiarism detectors to find any unwanted plagiarism in their content before publishing it.
I prefer the plagiarism detector by Turnitin. It costs $3 per year and requires a lot of personal information to register, but it is very accurate.

In the initial stages of becoming a content writer, you may not have to worry about keyword density. But in the later or advanced stages, you must keep an eye on the words you use while writing content.
Keyword density and readability matter a lot in SEO optimization. I use the word counter to get insights into my content’s keyword density.
Whenever I am done writing the content, I always pass it to this tool so I know how many times I have used a single word.

You can see how often I have used a single word in this sample passage. The words that I have used many times, like “content,” “AI,” and “tool,” are my keywords, so they are all right.
But if a word that’s not your keyword is used that many times, it should be replaced or used less.
It also provides readability scores, but I don’t use it for that, as I get that from the Hemingway app. But the reading and speaking times it provides are helpful.

11. Paraphrasing Tool
We writers have to deal with multiple factors while writing. We have to avoid plagiarism, remove AI, and improve readability simultaneously.
Paraphrasing is crucial, and we cannot rely on a single tool to paraphrase all our writings. Most of the time, I use multiple paraphrasing tools and compare the results; whichever I like the best makes it to the final draft.
Another tool that I use besides sentence rewriter and rewording is the paraphrasing tool. Like the other two, it is also free of charge and does not require any user data.
I cannot rank these three tools, but I can tell that all of them are accurate and make paraphrasing look easy. So, I will use the same paragraph I used with the rewording tool to see if this tool paraphrases it differently or not.
As you can see, the results are different. Now, it is upon me to use whichever I like the best.
